    20k bill was made for my celerio at 20k mileage and I scolded service centre manager and filed complaint to maruti suzuki and got serviced at 4k , so be careful guys don't get fooled.

    This is why I never recommend maruti cars to anyone, my father's swift dzire major service costed 24k, that's the max. service cost....quality of cars have become very poor and build quality is still not up to the mark....just for sake of efficiency, never compromise life....and these service people use same type of parts but give us at a different price...this I feel very disappointed

    Almost saare chor hai. Mein roshan hyundai jaipur me gaya rodent cleaner, coating, and 2-3 faltu suggest kar diya.

    My Diesel ecosport was serviced in Rs 4800/- for 20000 km Good thing with Ford is they tell you the cost of service on app. Full transparency.

    My Honda city keyless remote battery had to be replaced. The service advisor asked if I want to change that, I said ok as I assumed a normal CR2032 battery would cost Rs. 60. But in the bill they charged Rs. 600/- for a single CR2032 battery. I raised a complaint with service center and they justified that the battery is coming from company and they can't do anything about it. It was a Panasonic battery. I even raised a compliant with Consumer grievance online and they also closed it believing the service center is right. Lesson learnt - ask them the cost of each and every item and labor before agreeing to the service.

    Which year are you talking about? I'm guessing 4-5 years ago. These used to be expensive earlier, specially when bought as a single unit, but for 500-600 you could get a pack of 6. Now a days, they're really cheap.

    This is a common practice across service centers of Maruti, Kia and Hyundai. If you tell them your car is the first car purchase, then they will loot you... We have to be very sure when we ask them to work and keep photo of service card / things we ask them to do. Anyways, cost is always on higher side as service center calculates various taxes and charges on the price of the parts. Sometimes labor charges+ taxes total are higher than part cost 🙂.. better to find nice outside garage after the warranty ends or do the service ourselves at home.. after all its not a rocket science.. 😛

    I have carens. Same situation mere saath bhi hui. Jab question kiya to reply tha ki ya to pay karo, ya mat aao yahan. Customer care pe call kiya, just complaint registered and no resolution. Sent emails also but no solution. What is the procedure to meet you and let people know about the frauds?

    Best practice is to ask quotation first from service advisor, keep car manual ready or work on it at home and finally compare both and say "Ye Chuna Doosronko Lagana " to SC 😁

    I too had a similar experience at Kia Service center in Noida where I was charged around 10,000/- for 2 year/20,000 kms service of Petrol Seltos HTK.

    I'm a Seltos Diesel Owner. 40k tak ki service hogyi hai.. Aaj tak ek service bhi 6.7k ke upar nahi gayi. It's a clear fault of SERVICE CENTER scamming their customer and a little bit fault of the OWNER as well.. Itna faltu ka bill banana obviously service center walo ka lalach hai par owner should also be responsible ki unki gadi mei kya kya horaha.. 10-15 min lagna hai bus Yeh puchne mei kya kya hoga service mei.. And kya kya hatana hai.. Owner bhi agar iss baat ko ignore karte and usi ka fayda service center wale uthate Anyways yaha pe Service center ki Yeh harkat ko Dikhana jaruri bhi hai. Companies ne Dealers and service center ko kaafi relaxation de rakhi hai.. In baat pe even govt ko bhi serious lena chahye and NORMS nikalne chahye. Nahi toh yeh DEALERS and service wale aise hi loot thei rahenge

    Seltos 20k actual service cost is 4300 and the manufacturer hasn't left the country! Here, the fault is of customer who had no idea how to deal with service

    Same happened with me for Yamaha bike...on its authorized service center in Gurgaon. They will keep replacing your clutch wire, accelerator wire, brake pad etc on every alternate service without any issue in bike. Please be aware of these frauds. They are looting us.

    My honda city 2020 bill for 20k service was 5461 only. Its very important to ask each and every detail else they will charge a lot on the name of any part and service.

    also i want to know if planned obsolescence is a point in todays cars .. how come many parts and issues with todays cars that we need to keep going to service center .. dont car makers do proper R and D so that the parts in the cars last and dont break easily .. its also eco friendly to make parts and cars that last .. not keep replacing parts every now and then claiming normal wear and tear .. how can parts go bad in 15k kms ..

    Sir u r very right . Service of seltos is not good . I have GTK petrol manual -I also face same issue . First of all they don't had any proper job sheet . They themselves sprayed rat repellent and even charged for tyre polish . This costed me around 1.5k

    Maruti, Kia and Hyundai, Their main Business is not Selling Vehicles, its SERVICING. Their majority income is from servicing. They always gave Rs. 7-15,000 bill for every service. for our i20 active. Any damage and it goes to Rs. 10-30,000 minimum. I started using outside garages and service estimate of servicing around Rs. 16,000 turns into Rs. 3000 only. Currently, I am now using Tiago NRG since NOV 2022, and TATA service, service speed, service cost and transparency in service procedures is Amazing. My vehicles is from Aditya Cars, Wadi Showroom, Nagpur. In love with TATA.

    I recently got service @ 20k kms in which engine oil , filter oil, coolant + brake fluid replacement , ac filter replace , wheel balancing + alignment , general all moving part lubrication was done , along with some other issues fixes . It costed me 6k with maruti suzuki . LOL . for reference I own swift . Thanks for video.

    ask for company recommended service cost, and set your budget incl. gst upfront. tell them it's upto them if they want to add anything free of cost.

    ALL BRAND'S SERVICE CENTERS IN BANGALORE ARE LIKE THIS. THEY WILL CALL BUT FOR EACH COMPLAIN THEY WILL REPLACE PART AND EVERYTHING THEY ADD LABOUR CHARGES IT IS ALMOST GETTING IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE CAR/SCOOTER SERVICED IN AUTHORISED SERCVICE STATION MY EXPERIENCE IS FOR MULTIPLE SERVICE STATIONS OVER 20 YEARS- CARS -MARUTI, TATA AND TWO WHEELERS - SUZUKI, TVS NONE OF THEM WERE REASONABLE. EVERYTIME YOU HAVE TO FIGHT WITH THEM TO GET THE BILL CORRECTED

    Hum to manual dekh ke hi service karaate hai. Service advisor ne estimate banay tha ₹6500 ka. Mene Kam Kara ke ₹4500 ka karaya to uska muh ban gya tha. Ye Tata ka biggest service centre tha Lucknow me.

    Kam to maruti bhi nhi hai......brezza diesel ki service 10k-12k se kam nhi hoti.....or mere friend ki seltos diesel ki service 7k-8k. tak maximum ho jaati hai

    wurth is not good they provide good discount to service center and dealers so they must be getting more kickbacks hence pushing wurth .. wurth is ok ok brand better use reputed brands like castrol shell mobil etc

    I never faced such issue with toyota service. They are very transparent and always call if extra work is required. But i think service centre people also dont want to take PANGA from people from villages 😂 Tips: always use haryanvi when u talk with service centre.

    @KiaInd should contact the owner of this channel and get the details of the cheated customer. The customer deserves an apology from KIA India. They should refund the false amount added to the Invoice. Thank you, @DDSravi for letting others know.     my tata altroz first service they said they did full body undercoating charge me 2000rs .. then at 26000 kms third service over they are saying can we do full body undercoating .. i said i already did this in 1st service in a different service center in diff location the advisor told he has no record of full body undercoating in first service .. so they stole the money during first service which was a different service center ? then asked me to do exhaust coating alone ... which i did .. but tata is better that they always ask the customer before they charge or do any extra service .. also tata never charges for parts which are under warranty or extended warranty

    I serviced my Dzire 2020 model for 20k service in this month and bill was 5.5k. I live in Tier 3 city and the service is good. Maruti Suzuki is way ahead in service as they sent me bill for approval before service so that I know what is being charged. If you lend them opportunity to do anything surely the service centre will scam you. I clearly say I won’t pay anything extra for services I have not approved. Also app prices were close as it showed 5k for my 2nd service at 20k km. They only scam gullible people who just pay the bill and don’t know what to do and don’t. I also learnt from KZread, channels like this surely helped me a lot 😇

    I have a VW Ameo 1.2 petrol, I visited for 70k service and they estimated it 12000 then they bring it down to 9000 and after all mandatory things which actually required I payed 5300 only for my service. Thanks to DDS knowledge videos. And very truly said “keep your eyes open” else they will rip you off.

    Mahindra service centre also do such things. I have started using Mahindra With you app where in every service cost is mentioned. Now my service bill has been reduced to 5000 from 12-15 k previously.

    my i20 dct 3rd service 20000 kms costed me rs. 3765 and that included wheel rotation , wheel alignment and wheel balancing. Also , ac filter was not changed.

    @@AshwaniGuptaJi yes no labour cost but wheel alignment and wheel balancing had labour cost. wheel rotation , wheel balancing and wheel alignment costed me rs. 1160. wheel stick weight of rs. 81.83 was additional. My car is i20 1.0 turbo engine so service will be on higher side.

    @@fullgamerji we are not talking about VW or Skoda cars here. Yes these two companies give better service and good built quality. This is about maruti, hyundai Kia and Tata as these are top sellers in India. You are saying this is once in a blue moon issue in Kia cars. But I’ve heard this issue in many service centres of these brands of all of these brands not only Tata. People go for Maruti, Hyundai and kia expecting better service instead of Tata then service should be top notch.

    In this case ..ford is miles ahead...they always give you estimate and that estimate is 99% exact of what they charge..as far as sone extra some part is not changed..people lost GEM of a brand ..

    Hyundai Elite i20 petrol 1.2, 2 years old, 3rd Service, 10k km, bill 3200 @ Himgiri Hyundai Gurgaon. I feel they are good in all aspects, at least in my experience.

    Same Kia me dost k sath gya 5-6 cheezen check krai (battery, O2 sensor, spark plugs etc) aur Kia calculator k hisab se 30k wali service me chezen badli, cost ayi 3800rs..satark rahen savdhan rahe! Har SVC faltu ki chezen jodta hai Toyota ko chohd k. Hero bn k agar ghar se pick drop krenge to yahi hoga.

    Sir na bolne par bhi bhut sa Kam service centre Wale kar date hai aur bill samne rak date hai us wakt hamare pass dusra koi option nahi hota bec. Car usneke pass hi hoti hai aur be man price pay karna parta hai

    This service center advisors gets maximum incentives on underbody coating and Teflon coating which is absolutely not necessary for new cars, so beware folks. Nicely share 👍

    Meri venue 1.2 l petrol ki service hue h.... Abhi tk 3 service hue h .. labour free waale .. 1st service free... 2nd service...phlr bill tha 2 hazaar.. fr mainr ladaai krkr bill banwayaa 1600 ka.. 3rd service,. Bill tha approx 1800...cost kam hai coz og my awareness only..wrna 5k ka chunaa aaraam se lgaadete h ye log

    This is problem with dealer , I did for kia carens 2nd serviceing 3500 something came , moreover they ll give packg for 12k for 3 service..

    Maruti dealer even adding Rs 1000 for issue of trade certificate and Rs 600 as renewal of trade certificate while buying new car. After objection, they refund.

    Sir i want to purchase a car for local commuting . My commuting will be on average 600 KM monthly in Greater Noida up. . My budget is 8 lakh. We are only 2 members . Iam 68 years and 5fetet 10 inch . Earlier i had Maruti RITZ petrol LXI which was disposed off just now after 13 years. I have shortlisted TATA PUNCH ADVENTURE RHYTHM and TOYOTA GLANZA Base model . Punch is available for 7.9 and the Glanza is available for 7.4 lakh. I like both cars but confused . This is supposedly to be my last car as i wish to keep it for long. Kindly advise . I have viewed your videos for the last 15 days and really appreciate your sincerity in enlightening the car purchasers . Hats off Thanks. Kindly reply early as i have to make the decision within week. Thanks again

    Meri brezza diesel ki service ke pasco walo ne 22k ka bill bnaya.... Discount krke unhone mujhse 18k liye.... Usme Jo Maine nhi karwaya uske charges bhi unhone add kr diye .... Like underbody paint ke item or etc... Ab main kya karoon guide me Ravi Bhai

    रवि जी, ये तो घर घर की या यूं कहें कि हर डीलरशिप सर्विस सेंटर की कहानी है...जब उपभोक्ता कार लेता है तब से जब तक वो कार रखता है, तब तक, कभी आरसी के पैसे में टांका, कभी बीमा प्रीमियम ज्यादा, कभी सर्विस में ज्यादा खर्चा और यदि कार की मांग ज्यादा हो तो ब्लैक मनी और जबरदस्ती एसेसरीज के नाम पर लूट। इतना कॉम्पिटिशन होते हुए भी ग्राहक का बाजा बजाया हुआ है।
