@@Simbo_DK agree, i use the Quest 2 controllers and i grip them in a different way (only while playing BeatSaber) and only when i play super fast maps then my arms can hurt a bit but that's it

I'm on the quest 1, I use default grip since controller edges are kinda sharp, I mainly hold my arms in front of me, and use my wrists then move my shoulders accordingly. It works well, I got 1 minute and 52 seconds through True Hero EX+.
