Chachi: the best salmon recipe you need to give it a try. sea salt and citrus pepper. Oven +175c just 43min. Take it out and cover it cream fraiche, cover it with foilpapert let it set about 5min and enjoy.

Amelie looks like a full grown adult in a baby's body my mind is so confused! 🤣 her little sounds and mannerisms (like when shes sleepy) are adorbs!

Popcorn rice cakes but actually they are corn in finland are amazing. Finns and love their oatmeal. Fellow American married to a Finn living in Finland!

I'm also on my a journey of eating healthy again and exercising after having my son! He's 14 months and I've been exercising lots, but as for eating healthy... I mean, I do love to snack😭😂 I'm really trying to feel good again in all the ways! Thank you for sharing Chachi💛 Those cream cheese siracha rice cakes looked divine 😍

I make my chicken pretty much the same way, except i usually leave it semi medium, well done chicken just tends to get dry and kinda tasteless. I know that sounds weird to some but since we don't have salmonella in chickens in Finland it's totally safe.
