When you were near the end of your sketchbook and came to the picture of the cell, my immediate thought was "The mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell." 😂 Is that a thing in the UK? It's a thing in the states, and probably the one thing every person who has had a biology class remembers lol. I really enjoyed your flip through, and your intro cracked me up. Congratulations on 400+, I am confident your channel will continue to grow!

Thank you so much! Indeed that phrase is engrained in all of us from biology in school, and then I did my PhD in cell metabolism and I think I managed to slip it into my thesis somewhere...

"Presenting to 400" LOL that's exactly how I think. When someone has 1 million views, they are presenting to a million people and then I wonder if I can do that. That was so relatable.

The trick is not to think about it 😂😂 glad I'm not alone!
Great share! FYI, It's not bad, but at the intro, your monstera plant was upstaging you and putting you out of focus. You may want to make sure you are closest to the camera for the autofucus sensor. Please accept my congrats on breaking 400! 1000 is on the horizon! ❤

Actually I believe I was upstaged by the sketchbook- when I brought the sketchbook into frame it focused on that instead and I didn't have the time or energy to refilm it 😂 thanks for the feedback!

@@chromaphile I loved the drawings you did early in the sketchbook. I was especially fond of the cracked coin in two parts with the clouds. Have you ever considered designing stamps? Just a thought. I've been watching a lot of stamping videos as of late... ☺

Like lino cut block stamps? I have considered it yes, but I have no idea what I'd use them for so haven't really pursued it, it's a lovely idea though!

@@chromaphile I actually meant clear stamps, but lino-cutting would determine if it were worth pursuing, if you likes the results, that is. You could make small runs of sketchbook sized prints perhaps? Anyway I also liked the crowned hedgehog.
