If you’ve seen my 1 minute minivlogs about my home workout with my children then this is a little more details about what actually happens lol! I make all my kids breakfast and So many interruptions so this is why my workout sessions tend to take a bit longer! I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and I’m Linking the two other workouts below that I finished!
