If you're talking about nuke remote, I don't think the autors going to release it again. You had to originally get a link from someone to get to the mod page so you could download it

The plane mod is called dynamic aircraft it also comes with a spawnable nuke. He usess nuclear strike and REALISTIC NUCLEAR BOMB.
these mods aren't on the consoles version unfortunately
