another brilliant piece -- bravo, caitie!! i was having a rather lousy day & watched this on my lunchbreak & it brightened my spirits. i'd love to see your tutorial on skin, also i love that you include captions explaining your techniques & choices. my guess is it took you a month of very hard work to complete this. keep it up & thanks for the inspiration. 😻😻😻😻😻 5/5

Caitlin, this is such a realistic portrait of yourself 👏. Your idea of a tutorial on drawing the skin is avery good one, especially how to use tone and shading to create 3D. It’s so interesting that you started on your eyes, because that’s always my first starting point when I work on my Chinese brush painting. This will also be a good idea for your tutorials: on drawing the eyes. My guess is 50mins in completing your portrait ☺️

Thankyou!! 😊My mum showed me some of your Chinese brush paintings and they’re really good!! After I’ve posted the videos I’ve already filmed I’ll probably do the skin tutorial next as I think it would be really helpful for people ( plus I haven’t uploaded a tutorial in a while! ). It actually took me about 10 hours just the footage is really sped up! 😊🥰❤️
