Quite expensive by default, but it used to be drastically priced down from time to time. And you probably better get a joystick and a trackIR is prolly not bad for looking around, considering you gotta fly for long minutes without any contact, and when there are bandits around you, you best be the first to spot them. I've only played the old-school Il-2 1946 so far, and I had a real hard time with only my mouse and keyboard, while it was still fun, it was almost impossible to land undamaged.

Il-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad And boy it ain't WT without an interface. It's a lot better.

@@hunormagyar1843 depends on what u want. authentic simulation? yes IL2 an DCS are better for this. softcore simulation? I would recommend WT.

@@kleinerfarmer1 WT would prolly be the one with more fun/minute except it's all about the grind and getting gaijined. Il-2 and DCS... well, they accurately simulate how most of the air patrol is "boring", nothing really happens until you finally reach the target area. I mean, for free, WT is still probably the best vehicular combat "sim" you can get.

Well he called these realistic cuz it has crash physics.....
There's nothing realistic about any of these "crashes". Watch videos of actual aircraft crashes and you'll see what I mean.
