Thank you so much for this tutorial! I have this mold and it came out great but I was at a loss as to how to do the eye. I am trying your process tomorrow. What I did to decrease bubbles and missing spots was put a minimal amount of resin in and use my heat gun to get the resin to go into all the crevices. Then I add some more resin, more heat gun, more resin, etc. I never thought to add the sparkle paint that you added. Great idea! Edit: As I was watching you cut the eye out I had a thought. Could you print this on water slide paper so then it would be like using the temporary tatooes in resin? You could add the eye onto the mold and then fill with resin. I'm really curious if that would work.

Love the video. The question is if the eyes need to laser printed or can the be printed with ink jet. Thank you

What a wonderful tutorial!! I've e been looking for someone to share their secret lol. Folk are so stingy & only want to show the finished project as if there not enough to go around 😏. Can you tell me please whew short of paper you printed the eye on & if you had to seal the picture before putting it in resin. Thank you 🥰

No, I'm in a well vented work space and I have no issues with the smells some have

What size eye did you get?

Sooooooo beautiful! why is your epoxy so thick like pudding?. What is this hot box that you speak about?

Thank you and I'm using a hard cast resin so it's supposed to be thick like that. The hot box is something my son made for me to keep my cups and molds nice and warm while curing

I use a heat mat under the cups its for keeping seedlings warm but is perfect for resin as well, a heat box sounds like a good idea tough

Sorry, one more comment. You must be in OR, as the link for Chrome powders went to three options, one being a nail place. No list of supplies. Did u buy direct from the nail place. Confused. Plus, JDiction uv resin will dry and stay clearer. I was surprised you didn't seal your paper first or get bubbles out.

@@gustavotobon7042 I used my Epson eco-tanks (ink jet) and just sealed it with believe it or not, a little hairspray and it works like a charm
