I love the fact that they are so aware of the ship but still can't/don't hide it, especially behind the scenes, you can see how much they adore each other

Whatever they are to each other, I don't know and it's none of my business. But what I do see is a lot of respect, caring and love going on, and who doesn't ship the hell outta that?

They told us to stop shipping them which is we can't, either is couple, lovers, brothers, buddies, whatever it is, we ship them because they are special to each others :')

They knows the ship and pretends like they hate it but they never hides their smiles when talking bout it... and no matter how they say they don’t wanna be shipped together, they still stick together. They say they don’t want to do things similar to couple things but that’s all they do 😂

I feel like... in recent years, especially after the gameshow, they've become a lot more stressed about the ship and maybe SM called them out on it or whatever but Hae straight-up said to stop forcing them as a couple, to stop shipping EunHae and stating that they weren't dating, and even if they were/are they're probably monitoring their behavior on camera more whereas their past affection and stuff was completely natural and seemingly non-pressured if you get what I mean, after what I assume was them getting called out by SM and you know how SM is, really. They have their lives essentially signed away and could easily lose it all if SM cut them off so them being their passive selves probably would have given in to that but maybe they had a falling out and/or decided to just be less public because of the pressure, especially on Hae - I mean they've become friendly and close again but not as much as they were when they were younger Even if they never become official or whatever, as long as they are happy is what we all want the most For now though I still ship it, but not aggressively

Agree with you. Now 2020, their interactions seems to have toned down or told not to show too much skinship. Eunhyuk didn't even show up for Donghae's birthday video. I just got to know about them so I don't really ship them but like to follow up on them occassionally

Most of the songs are written by Donghae and it definitely feels like they were related to Hyukjae/ their relationship in some way. When you read the lyrics and also check the time in which they were written by him (e.g."One more chance" had been written by Hae when he was in the army and just look how meaningful and telling the words are. What's more, Eunhyuk wrote the rap part and it really sounds like a conversation when you read it). However, not only Donghae writes songs; Eunhyuk wrote "Dreamer", "Winter love"... Winter Love, by the way, was written just before they both enlisted. It can be just our imagination but it truly feels like there was something more to those lyrics...
