great vid, but so much waste on the tops of the cake's. make some crumble with it, blend them with a shake, put it in cookies, or make a lower price cup with an assortment of the different chunks of cakes with a frosting topping of some sort. think different, you never know the reaction of the customers until you try.

She mentions in old videos that she used to make cake pops when she first started working there but no longer does. Must not have been profitable for the labour/time spent.

Instead of throwing all the cake tops away, I would save them and make cake pops for your store or neighbors or something😏 🍭

Dear Aliya, can you please address the questions about the unused tops of the cake? Do you reuse them in any form or are they considered a waste? If the latter, do you just throw them away or do you have a place where you donate them to?

It is driving me crazy not to see what you’re doing with all the good cake. I’d make cake jars to sell with that.

I’m happy I use cake strips for my cakes it don’t dome up and sit perfectly flat, I learned it from John Kanell.
