Rick method is invented in the city of Yokohama JAPAN.

    11:00 I was open so much by my Muay Thay🥊🩳 instructor. It took him 4 days, training 3 times a day, total 12 sessions.😊 It wasn't easy at first. He also made me do exercises to loosen some other parts of the body, for example shoulders (shoulder blades) and back, which in Muay Thay 🥊🩳 the more flexible we are the better! ... even to cushion the blows received.😊😉 It's not like it became rubber, but I melted a lot and gained muscle mass too.😁😊😉
