Es igual al municipio caraqueño del libertador, es decir, la parte oeste caraqueña, de principio a fin y viceversa, con el lado derecho Bucaramanga y Cúcuta, que es la frontera más caliente que nunca, a propósito de su reapertura total, de manera vehicular, así, se incentiva el positivismo y el turismo al mismo tiempo, no incentivar al contrabando, trata de personas y hechos horribles que nos atemorizaron al máximo,con las mejores guianzas completas presenciales y virtuales al mismo tiempo, en modo positivo, se lo recomendamos en serio, de ahora en adelante y viceversa,eh ahí los dilemas.
