Very very true. I volunteered for a Muslim business for an experience certificate and without pay. I was good at my work and the owner wanted me to train her unskilled staff. All her staff were from other communities. she didn't hire from within the community and she treated me like she did a big favour on me by having me as a volunteer.

She did do you a favour by making you a volunteer which you asked for. You are doing a good job and you only found that out by working there. If you are training others, you are building your portfolio and should be happy about getting this experience.

The PROPHET MUHAMMED PEACE AND BLESSINGS OF ALLAH BE UPON HIM has said it and it comes in SAHIH ALBUKHARI that the followers of PROPHET MUHAMMED will be DIVIDED into SEVENTY-THREE DIVIDED SECTIONS OF FOLLOWERS and each one of that DIVIDED SECTIONS WILL GO TO HELL(JAHANNUM) and the MUSLIMS will go to HEAVEN(JANNAH).
