Well, back in the 70'& 80's as a teen, I heard often people say in November when it starts getting cold, some people commit crimes which will get them 6 or so months in the slammer just so they don't sleep outdoors.

How to differ the pain of the victim's side vs the perpetrator's must be drawn on principles we love and enjoy most and removing one's freedom takes the cake that's for certain.

0:55 Honestly, the cops could have done a better job here. There was still space before the shuttle closed and they could have easily went under to continue the chase. There was so much lost time here. Just imagine if that escapee did not steal a vehicle. They might not even have caught him if he was smart enough to stay under the radar.

Should have been mentioned: Robert A. Litchfield literally walked out of Leavenworth Federal Pen on March 10th, (year unknown). Walking right past guards through the visiting room, disguised as a federal safety inspector. He was recaptured about a month later. This happened after he escaped from the federal prison in Talladega, Alabama in February of 1986.

These people escaping and then calling their boyfriend/girlfriends, stealing cars or going to motels are stupid and too ambitious early on. It would be tough, but I wouldn't call anyone. I'd take my chances on my own hit the woods, or hang out with some homeless people and live like shit with no phone until the initial dragnet died down a little and plan from there, slowly. I know I'd want help but To me, The more people you involve, the higher the risk of someone doing something stupid or ratting you out.

You are right but, what you say you most plan it weary good and it is diferend when you are not in that posicion. Because the adrenalina is on level 100000, you would think everyone know you Even if you see a guy in woods runing you will stare at him and think he know you, you would look stressed. And stay in woods yes like i sayd if you had food, cabin etc because what you gona eat? Grass? Or run and try to hunt animals with your hand like neaderthales?

Funny story. So #5 on the list "orange county break out" right. I just started a new job and my work got my work cellphone 2 days later. Well a month or so goes by and my boss calls me into his office and shows be a letter that the authorities (department of Justice, orange county sheriff's, something like that) and it says we need to inform that your phone calls, text messages, and location had been monitored due to recent criminal activity related to the persons operating the same name recently. Well turns out that it was one of the prison breakees cousins who helped them escape. I still get calls and texts for weed from people looking for Pham Sang 🤣

Your wrong, they can add up to 2 years, but normaly you get 6 months added to your sentence.

14 15yrs ago I was at a halfway house. Due to being a rascal for Xmas I wasn't granted a furlough so had to stay in w the others. We found out how to sneak into cafeteria which ALWAYS served delicious food btw. Snuck in and took an entire pie to my bottom corner bunk. I hate pecan pie but for some reason as I was shoveling it into my mouth it was soo good lol
