Real mermaids have smaller fins, not anything like this. Their bodies are thin like a fish and grey in color. They also have webbed hands

Real mermaids don't look like this. There's no color but a greyish scale. They have webbed hands and when they turn around so does their whole body. A mermaid's tale is much smaller almost a round shape

I love this so much I love the tail

This tail is really cool, though I feel the style where the end of the tail thins out onto a cone shape is kind of ruined by the knee joints bending. I feel as if it ruins the illusion somewhat because you would think there would be more vertebrae in the tail to make the bending more smooth. But, obviously, lol, it’s a human. I think I prefer the normal/common kind of tails/flukes! Looks a lot more natural.
