Does Tradingview show pre market in a different chart. Meaning when I seen some other platforms, during the pre market hours the chart was shown as gray scale. Basically the pre market was in a slight different color. Im assuming this would help when looking back at the charts during am trading.

I've been watching your videos ( best on youtube ) and wanted to know if you've produced a video on paper/simulation trading. I tired using think or swim, but as you said it was confusing! lol I pulled up your suggestion trading view, which is much better. How could I paper trade, just write down the cost and see what happens with the stock?

Hey Jerremy! What are your thoughts trading Futures on Ninja Trader? /ES, /NQ, /CL. etc. Most of your videos are pretty much trading stocks, unless I missed something. Can you shed a little insight. I am currently trading Ninja Trader via Demo and also some live trading for about a year. I'm semi profitable, but have more losses then I should. Haven't found my niche yet in the trading world. Love your courses by the way! I'm actually considering diving into the world of stocks instead of futures.

Christopher Breneman Correct. I don't personally trade futures yet, but we are working on a RLT futures program... stay tuned... But ~ I have heard only good things about ninja trader

Good to hear. I'm actually watching all your training videos and correlating them into trading futures. More so the Psychology! It is so hard to find honest / trustworthy individuals who aren't all about scamming money from you and also giving false hope learning the market. Would look forward to some futures videos!

Hi Jerremy, thank you for the information. Just finished the great 4x beginners videos. They got me thinking. I'm still shrouded in the mist though (of course). What are your thoughts about 'Trading 212' and 'Degiro' brokers? Would they be suitable for beginners with small accounts? Cheers!

Valfar ein Windir Hey buddy! I'm not sure :( I'm not sure if FP markers (one I sent you) has a minimum deposit or not. But make sure you get a broker with the ability to trade CFD's. Since you are in England, that's prop the route you will go down. Ever heard of them before?

I had to do a Google search after the 'prop' therm you mentioned (that means proprietary, right?). You can now see my level of knowledge in the trading field :) . If I may ask, why do I need a broker with CFD's trading ability? After reading the beginners course of 21 Century, I came across your introductory videos. Then I started to read your Candlesticks e-book (which cannot be clearer than it is). Now I feel like I cannot go any further with the education, unless I learn how to place a simple order with a broker, to understand the mechanism, the whole process for the simplest (wining/losing) trade possible. I'm comfortable with the TradingView free account charting, but still not sure how to use a broker's platform to place an order. But I need to choose a broker beforehand. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated :) . Many thanks!

Valfar ein Windir Yep. You will need to choose a broker :) CFD are great ways to access leverage. You mentioned you want to trade a small account. Mathematically it's just very hard to trade stocks with a small account.. CFD can give you the needed leverage. :)

I’m coming to a conclusion about TOS. I’ve used them since they were an independent firm in Chicago. Then TD Ameritrade made them rich bought them out. Kept some of the development partners and it’s become bloated complicated and data feeds are sometimes wonky. There’s no longer a AON option. This means if you have an order to short let’s say 600 shares of xyz stock at a limit price. Btw most pros will use a limit range. It’s unrealistic to get fully filled on large orders to the cent on a stock with a 5 cent spread between the bid and ask. So I will put in a limit range order vs a market order. Last week shorting 600 shares and 11 shares were filled. So features have been subtracted. I’ve got to pay commissions on 11 shares ? I like TOS but not TD Ameritrade.

Joe Macch Agreed. I never use TD ~ only TOS. =} AON feature is a good one for sure.
