@@hoar2340 Bullet proof means that it will stop bullets (small arms fire), period. Bullet resistant means that it will stop *some* bullets, limited either by caliber or durability. The front of an M1A2 Abrams is bulletproof; rifle/HMG rounds will not get through that frontal armor. A SWAT van is bullet resistant; there are rifles that will punch through without significant trouble.

Just 1 note about - "if it's as easy to flip the shield to it's side and fire at the enemies" you're talking about a German SWAT buff guy who has trained for years upon years and has abs which could bounce bullets probably. Yea that's definitely one thing a lot of maker KZreadrs forget to take into account, the fact that sometimes the USER is the problem, not the tech. But I prefer to look at it like he's testing how hard it for normal people to wield the shield as opposed to testing if the shield works at all.
