Very noisy outside. A balcony, lanai and patio - what is the difference? A walkway, stairway, breezeway - what is the difference?

Hello teachers ....story or storey ??? If story , how do we clear up confusion between story ( a piece of information) and story ( floor ) ? Thank you in advance 🙂

Thanks for this video. I`m from Ukraine and I`d like to clarify something that is not entirely clear to me. Sorry in advance for my bad English. 1) What is the difference between the word "guardrail" and the word "handrail"? Does a guardrail mainly intend for a balcony or an observation deck to protect people from falling down? Does a handrails mainly intend for a stairs or a hiking trail to support for the arms? 2) Why do you write "guard" and "rail" together? For example, Wikipedia and the Cambridge Dictionary say these two words separately. Thank you very much for your answers.

Sir I am confused. It's spelling story or storey. You have written story in place of storey.
