I always wondered how s jaishankar got rajya sabha membership from Gujarat as it is not his home state .. now i understood . He is an inspiration to all of us . Thank you sir

I think, his achievements comes from his international relations PhD, otherwise so many people cracked upsc and got ifs but they don't reach to at its heights. So perticular field of knowledge is very very important to become perfect in that field.
