Yes this the KZread best episode I have ever seen.....and I am the person who have experienced the thrill of the world cup 1983 enjoyed victory .....as a cricket lover..and Indian.....JAY HIND .

5:14 Kapil's respect for Sunny is evident when he bows to touch the feet. Absolutely out of this world.

What makes this movie very special is that it's olden days, goosebumps in every scene added with nostalgia. The dialogue "who gives girl to cricketers will itself speak they really did whole heartedly played for the nation. This may be the last worldcup team who played cricket as a game and for the nation. Nowadays cricket is a business, either u win or lose u get money. Such a realistic movie... For God sake don't compare this sports epic with other commercial and masala movies, box office revenues etc...

Movie didn't worked since Mr Ranbir has links with underworld and wanted to promote this movie in Pakistan and Indian agencies have exposed him. This cheap trick didn't worked 250 crore movie earned only 58 crore. Bollywood is having anti Indian agendas. Which raw experts says not I. You can check the videos posted by ex raw officers else Indian wouldn't know this

Not many people know that Kapil was the 1st man to take not only 200 but also 250 wickets in ODIs. At the time of his retirement, he was the leading wicket taker in both ODIs and Tests. Kapil is the only captain to take 9 wickets in an innings. Only man to claim 400 wickets and score 5000 runs, also only man to claim 400 wickets and 4000 runs in Tests. World record 184 innings without getting run out. He is the 1st man to hit 4 consecutive 6s in tests. (Now equalled by Afridi and De Villiers but not broken). He is still in the list of top 10 wicket takers in tests. Strike rate of 94 in tests, higher than Richards and Sehwag, 95 in ODI, higher than Richards. Still youngest to 100 wickets and 1000 runs, 200 wickets and 2000 runs, 300 wickets and 3000 runs. He is still the youngest man to take 300 Test wickets. (Was also youngest to take 100, 200 and 400 but these 3 records stand broken now). Scored 500 runs and took 50 wickets in the same year twice (Pollock and Botham have also achieved this feat) INDIA Records: Fastest 50 by an Indian in tests in 30 balls. Fastest century by an Indian in Tests in 74 balls. (Later equalled by Azhar but not broken). 2nd fastest to reach 100 wickets in 25 tests (Bumrah is now fastest in 24 tests) Second fastest 50 by an Indian in ODI in 22 balls (Fastest by Agarkar in 21 balls) First Indian to score an ODI century First Indian bowler to take 5 wickets in ODIs He is the 1st Indian to complete his maiden test century with a six. (Harbhajan is the only other Indian to do so) (Myth: Kapil never bowled a no ball: This is wrong, he did bowl no balls.)

Had Kapil not been made to sit out in that one test in Calcutta, then he would have been the first man and till date the only man to play 100 tests consecutively or actually 131 tests consecutively. That would have been a real world record.

True legends of Indian Cricket. This team changed the face of Indian Cricket for ever. They really played for the country with immense commitment. True patriots unlike today's cricketers who play for money. When I see today's cricket I feel like vomiting. These legends make me literally crying. Kapil's epic 175 against and the partnership with Kiri after India were down 18 for 5, Sandhu's clean bowling of Greenidge, Cheeks's square drive for 4, Kapil's catch of Richards, Amaranth's clean bowling of Dujon.....countless fantastic moments to remember. Wow...
