you forgot the red hot halogen at the beginning and the fire cause item that's in the 2nd room after the sporting goods store and the one in the 2nd theater room and the one in the arcade room thanks

I'm having the same issue. A lot of people are. I read one review of the 3DS game that gave the implication that they must have gotten to later levels in the game, so apparently it doesn't happen for everyone. But for the rest of us, I don't know any way around it. For my game it happened in two separate save files!

As far as I can tell. We could try starting over, but I'm giving up at this point. I'm just gonna get the Wii version. Everyone says it's better anyway.

hey when ever I try and get through to the pet store from the Arcade door my fire fighter can't get him to open the door so what should I do It's the over in the back on the Arcade plz help me and my door dosn't say staff only on it and I'm playing on the nintendo 3ds Xl PLZ HELP ME .

D Semien also, not necessarily true, some fires you can't reach. Like my dad made a call this year and the house was fully involved. (fully involved means the house is completely on fire) so he and the other firefighters had to put it out from the outside and could not enter for how dangerous it was. Sadly they lost the house to the fire. Lucky the whole family and pets got out alive.
