That would just open up the doors for institutional capital to scoop everything up. Some regulation is definitely beneficial

Not opposed to that by any means, but that doesn’t solve home ownership, it just gets people stuck on cheap government living

@@TylerCauble Singapore has a system where you buy from the government and then if you move you sell it back to the government. That way it decreases landlordism and stops institutional investors from scooping everything up. Singapore is known as the most economically free country in the world
