You don’t have to worry about being kidnapped in San Miguel de Allende and dead in a crossfire? We are not a town with cartel fighting. And a mansion in a good area of the USA would be worth much more money. In Mexico you don’t have to worry about a shooter that randomly decided to open fire in a grocery store or a mall.

Very expensive, i dont understand why the houses in México are sold for more than the houses in the USA!

Quality materials. A hause in the usa is made with poor quality materials and require a lot more maintenance that would be only one of the reasons, but there are many more

Hi Melanie houses in Mexico are not more expensive than in the USA. This is a luxury property in a prime location so in the USA it would be selling for more than 4 million usd if it was located in a prime location like this one and in a touristic city like San Miguel de Allende.
The problem is that the house is too Arabic. Not Mexican enough. Trust me I’m Mexican.
