Kyonki mehangayee mismatch ho gayee salaries se.....kahin aisa yaha na ho jaye...abhi bhi 5000-7000 per sq ft Tak hi hona chahiye....Banda 20% downpayment kare aur baaki ka loan 20 saalon mein chukta kare....lekin _aramkho_ builders toh 18000-24000 per sq ft ki baatein karte hain....pohonch a tha Japan , pohonch Gaye Netherland.....wastawikta se bilkul pare....calculator uthayenge....18000 ko multiply karenge 3000 se plus registry karke bata denge rate....Abey apne daddy ji ko kehna khareedne ke liye....mitti paleet ho jayegee...kaunsi duniya mein reh rhe ho bhai
