I’m 31, with 7 properties in less than 4 years. Let me tell you guys something… Now listen to understand, don’t listen just to reply. Real Estate Investing is fucking tough… put away all this bullshit you see on social media of “ohh just buy a property, it can pay for your car, you can be on the beach and quit your job” bullshit. The game wants everything from you. It requires helllaaaaa grind, stress, pressure, shitty tenants, good tenants, things break down, leaky roofs, turn overs, evictions, late payments, fucking up your places, hvac goes out. I’ve lost so much money in “CASH FLOW” however I got so much equity.. But for some reason, I’ve been able to quit my job, buy 7 houses and currently looking for buy a 4 unit multi family or a small hostel.

Brian, you are the second channel I have ever voluntarily donated to. Keep up the solid work, it is much appreciated.

I been a landlord for two years. Screening tenants is the most important part. I learned this the hard way I been through 3 evictions already but I’m getting better with my screenings and I’m pretty quick with getting the eviction notice out.

This just might be the most valuable video on KZread.

Yeah, me too...because then I could have actually used it. Like you say yourself...the numbers don't work anymore - good luck finding anything where this still makes more sense than bonds. Unfortunately this was the golden opportunity we missed to get rich during crazy low interest decade. Not only did we not get rich but also we have to pay for this via inflation. So if you are like me and didn't instead in real estate during this time - congratulations, you are screwed

Thank you Brian it’s a good high level presentation. There’s a lot to the lending side and the real estate purchase side. I am a licensed Loan Officer and Realtor. The details can be disastrous, but you are absolutely correct that real estate is the best way to hedge against inflation. Multi family is a good way to go.
