I literally took the test 4 times and failed every single time. A friend of mine send me a link to your videos I watched them over and over again and i went and took the test, I passed yesterday....thank you very much....God bless you.

In Ohio you can take the test as many times as you want

I watched most of your videos over and over....coupled with reading my text book. Your videos helped me to pass the FL exam the first time!! I think I only got 4 wrong! Thank you soooooooooooo much for posting these videos!!

I started with the math videos, then the terminology (definitions). I also checked watched videos made by other people. If you have a class book with sample exams, use them! Download sample exams from other sites, as well. I passed the state exam first try. And I finished it in about an hour. If you really study hard, the exam will be very easy!!!

I passed today guys! My second time! It felt so damn good lol! I failed 3 weeks ago and then I found prep agent and it unlocked everything for me! I started understanding everything. Also his vocabulary videos are key! I watched them repeatedly daily and it helped me with so many questions! Good luck everyone!

If you guys want to pass the test watch all his videos i failed 2 times and passed 3rd time after watching his videos. Best ever ! Really recommend

I purchased prep agents basic package of $49/50 dollars for one week and listened to his videos on the way to work and back... had read the real estate dummies the week before... passed today 1st time with confidence! I recommend Prep Agent!!!! Thank you so much! I am very happy!

Got my exam in 6 days and I am studying all of your videos to prepare myself more. Just want to comment and show appreciation for all of your hard work on simplifying everything and making it easier for people to understand the more complex concepts. Taking the test for the first time I only needed 90 hours but I've easily put in about 175 hours of studying. Let's hope we can get it the first try. You the man!

hello my name is Chelsea i live in lincoln nebraska. iv takin my test twice now, this coming thursday the 27th will be my 3rd time. i took principles and practice and nebraska law for my two 30 hour classes. iv takin a crash course twice. i feel like i have learned more from your videos than all my classes. you explain things in better terms and i like how honest you can be in some of your videos lol. im a lot more confident this time around. thank you for caring enough about all of us trying to pass this test to post videos online. u have been a tremendous resource and i would just like to say thank you! i have and will continue recommending you to others i know trying to pass the test as well. after all who wants to keep spending $150 every test lol. My fifth grade teacher told me to always go with my first answer unless I knew 100% it's incorrect. Throughout school and college, it's never failed me!

i passed 1st time (CA) using your videos and review materials i went over twice. Thank you for making this that much easier...

I am scheduled to retake the test for the 4th time. Been watching your videos. I hope I pass this time.

I would argue that someone threatening someone else with a gun DOES make it Void, because I wouldn't call that person "capable." If they are holding a gun to someone for a contract they are obviously not of sound mind.. Right?

Joe. On one of the practice test question it said “time of the essence” is on the purchase contract not listing contract , can you confirm which one it’s on or is it on both?

I took the test, after taking the class last year - passed the state, failed the national portion. Took the national again, failed it again. Studied my ass off, and scoured KZread for vids to help understand material which led me to your account. Passed the test today! Wish I had known about you man, I would have put my money towards you before taking the class a second time! Excellent no nonsense simplified approach, can't thank you enough for what you post here for FREE!

I learned more in these videos then I did with my 100$ online real estate course. And I kept thinking not only is the topics boring but very important and this man was so monotone i swear you just cleared everything up. I wish you so much sucsess because there need to be a course a product like yours. it really is the only video that is like this.. you are great. Also continue using pictures Im a photographer and kept thinking god i wish they showed pictures for example. I would remember so much better, god bless you joe!

If we use sports terms I see voidable as audible...you have the option to say no to a play and check out or you can go with it cause u see it works

Hey! How’s it going!! I failed my test the first time around in Tennessee and did AWFUL on contracts!! I would have passed the federal part had I just known contracts. I was 6 short on passing and missed 7 on contracts...... thanks for the video and let me know if you could help me one on one possibly?!

The assignment clause question at 34:00min prefaces that assignment without approval. What if it said assigned without consent? Would the answer then be Void?

Had I scored high on this section, I woulda passed..... I will get all 14 pts this time and pass...let's pray!
