In this video we are sharing valuable real estate cold calling tips to make positive impact on your prospect.
Greet and Introduce Yourself The first thing you need to do while doing real estate cold calling is greet your prospect, and clients. It doesn't matter if you are calling cold lead, warm lead or hot lead greet should be part of your real estate cold calling script before you start introducing yourself. Take permission from them if you can take their time. If they permit, you can continue cold call as per your script.
Give Information- Once they permit you to talk further you can pitch your real estate cold calling script that your company is coming with next project in the city. This will give idea to the prospect from where you are calling and what is your purpose behind the call.
Why Are You Calling- Once you clear your purpose behind the call, you can tell them the offers, benefits, and amenities they can get by booking the property.
WIIF formula- Before pitching your prospect about the benefits of purchasing a particular property, you should be in-depth aware of the property details. Complete product knowledge allows you to draft strong real estate cold calling script.
Call to Action- The intention and goal of real estate cold calling is to fetch prospects to site visit. Keep your calling script to the point and pitch that if they are interested let them ask for a suitable day and time for a site visit.

    I think it is absolutely right to say good morning good evening these days because whenever I receive personally call somebody saying good morning and then introducing particularly his company calling from XYZ company just it looks like a boring sales call rather it should be personalizing him from his first name saying hi Mr Mukesh let's say.
