Andy is mining am sure they are getting video to use but why not have Dan Hurd Jason Pauly etc come visit get to see and do a clean up and even treasure hunt patience is always key but so hard to do lmao

I'm glad to see Andy back. I was wondering where he's been. We always kept extra fuel filters behind the seat. If it doesn't want to run at full throttle, it's usually the fuel filter. Air filters are a little too big to stick behind the seat on a big machine, but we had one nearby just in case. Keep up the good work Andy and get that shiny!

It's really cool seeing this through your eyes Jason, cuz Andy is clearly a really smart dude who knows his stuff but the Canuckians tend to produce content that yeah has some info but is really meant to entertain. Hearing the numbers and terminology discussed exactly as you guys talked about it, sort of like a fly on the "wall" (or a tree or whatever), is very cool, nerdy stuff

@@dannyauger7223 Or if he is raking in ounces why waste time videoing it? Better to keep production up to cover overhead and make a profit at the end of the season. You make hay when the sun is shining. You can always edit and post in the winter. Or sometimes you don't want he tax man up your backside either. KZread is for the guys who make more from ads than actual production.

Right on Andy is killing it it takes a lot of know how and balls to build your own stuff and live your dream. It’s possible one of your fans on the excavator isn’t working and it’s getting vapor locked or if it only happens when the fuel is low there could be a piece of plastic in the fuel tank that’s interfering with the pump either way very cool Andy congrats looking forward to the shaker table. and thanks Jason for sharing see you on the next one 👍🏼👊🏼

It is a blast to see interaction between you and others( Dan, Andy and more) working together and having fun shows the viewers that working together is not only possible but fun too. Being able to process the tailings also helps Andy have the knowledge o how we his system is working. Great job and keep doing episodes lie tthis.

Really liked the main machinery and the clean-up setup!

hey andy if you keep having the fuel filter plug up you need drain the main tank and clean it out. i think there also might be a filter in the tank to. possibly. if there is its probably a screen filter and it might be broken. water gets in the fuel and rusts stuff. princess auto or harbor freight have this little vacuum fluid extractor that has a big tank on it. it works great and is fast. they also work greak for hydraulic fluid. what if you also made a bucket washer? you would need a way to catch the water when the bucket is not there or a remote switch to turn the water off and on. the bucket being pre rinsed would help clean the rocks better and to get the material out easier. you would probably need a third pump or just one bigger one, if you can find a fixable used one everything is sooo much money these days. good luck dude i wish you the best of luck.

Pretty good effort getting a good performing wash plant right out of the gates . It can be a lot of trial and error to build one that works well and is easy to dial in . Of course , it may be a liability on different ground , which makes placer such a challenge .

I wonder if you could get a belt feeder machine with its own hopper, so you could use the belt and hopper to ration the feed of the wash plant, and you could dump as much material as the hopper could contain and use the belt as your feed rate controller. something on tracks with its own power plant and mobility control from remote so you could extend your reach. something to consider eh, though always about the cost and all huh. I love seeing people collaborate like this hehe.

Hello Jason, a friend of mine has an 36 ton excavator who will dig a pit about 20mts x 50mts and removes all to the sides until he gets say 2 feet off the bottom where it will be detected, after detecting that layer he will remove 6 inches and put to the side's of the pit and will detect it again till he gets to the pipe-clay, a lot of tiny gold bits will be left behind and the pit will be filled in, this process is ongoing. Nice to see you guys working as a team. Question for you Jason. During the winter,can you tarp a section of the ground and keep it warm overnight? ( heated hoses ) with a tarp on top. Then, dry crush the dirt,then dump truck it to a indoor location and sluice it. What do you think? Or is the expense too much? Let me know. Thanks. 🇨🇦👍😎
