Problems with the shield: 1-Needs a thicker layer of Titanium. It can still have one without being to heavy. 2-Maybe needs some Kevlar either behind the shield or between two layers. 3-Maybe adding a vibration damping material between two layers.

Captain America dresses up as Jerry Miculek for Halloween.

I can't get enough of watching Mr. Miculek. He the best at what he does, he's humble, he's great with all weapons and he's intuitive with his videos. He's not only the best shooter, but a great teacher. And he's over 60 years old and still winning competitions! I love the high-speed camera. It's cool to see what that frangible ammo does at those frame rates.

Jerry, I LOVE your videos man! Especially these themed ones, and you are truly a grand master of the shooting world, perhaps and most probably the best there ever was. Stay salty and keep on doing what you do sir, respect!

Dear Jerry, always remember that with great moustache comes great responsibility!

There's a lot of men out there that would feel uncomfortable just putting on the costume. Thanks for doing this. Every kid needs a hero, to show them the right way. This was entertaining for shooters, and dreamers alike.

Impressive! I'd love to see a video on the making of the shield. I'm also curious as to how it would handle a different type of bullet, like a 9mm Parabellum.

That's awesome, I would also like to see how the shield was made as well.

Cap always inspire me, not to be a good man, but to be the better man i can be, it don't have to be a extreme change but rather the best change you can possible do towards others and yourself.

I'm in engineering school, the engineering consultant for the captain America movie came to my school to talk about what it would it take to actually design the shield. I wanted to go because i'm interested in improving body armor design but I was too busy to go that day. P.S. Titanium isn't really that great for body armor. If these weren't frangible rounds they would have gone through.

Cameron Brown my question is where the fuck the one he gave Falcon came from, cause if he travels back to the 40s after the younger version of him went into the ice with the shield, post endgame cap would have to lay low and let everything happen naturally from 1945-2023. Including the shield breaking. So it’s not like he could just take a shield from the past, or else it woulda fucked everything up, cause there’s only one.

Richard Sabo I averaged out between manhours and the maximum price average of titanium per pound which the shield is roughly 12lbs it came out to be around 1000 to 2000 dollars depending on the charge for man hours and charging for profit as well. Takes a keast 30 manhours to pound titanium into shape. So that is just a rough estimate
