Sir your views are good. But the information you missed something. 1. MRP 52 to 55. But for the shop or supermarkets we have to supply 30 to 35. 2. For labour like delivery boys or sales person is more expensive in TN 3. I myself started idly dosa batter unit with an investment of 5 lakhs. It was a running unit but till now unable to attain breakeven because the competition too much. Mine is superior quality but need extensive investment for marketing. So better please make sure about the in direct costing and expenses
