it also doesn’t change the pitch, that’s arguably the best part about slowing a song down. so not only does it sound awful by slowing it from youtube, but the pitch doesn’t change.

It’s from a Korean Manhwa, Korea’s version of Manga. However let me tell you something, the koreans focus a lot on art and design more so than story, most of the manhwa they make look beautiful but the plots and stories are just subpar.
