This was interesting how the books unfolded, especially enjoying the one you weren’t sure you would and letting go of the one that you thought you’d like but didn’t. Hurray for knocking three off your TBR!

Sometimes it’s just nice to have an easy to read compelling book that we can just relax and enjoy, that’s what the Belago sounds like. I loved hearing Alex’s not going to sleep noises 😉 and tell Lauren I miss her! I’d be interested to know what you think of any others of the Booker international you read Paula as I generally haven’t heard great things about a lot of the list.

i would have picked up welcome to lagos based on cover and title but could tell when you came on with so few pages read it was measuring up.
