When I was nine we lived in a two-story house. The room at the end of the hall, downstairs, was always very cold. The tv was downstairs, and sometimes you could hear someone walking in the room down the hall, or dropping things. We were used to it but visitors freaked out,lol

My sleep paralysis experience was sooo boring because basically I was napping before my friend came over and in my sleep she arrived so I was trying to get up to greet her walking in my room but I couldn’t move so I panicked and I actually woke up saying “Help”
I've had lots of sleep paralysis over my life, (my family knows what noise I make and to snap me out of it,) and I never knew seeing hallucinations was even part of sleep paralysis until a couple years ago. I've just had the literal paralysis, never seeing anything. Also I love Harold's accent :)
