I've been a huge Taylor Swift fan since her first album came out when I was 9. One of the things I love about her music is that I've grown up with it, and that I'm experiencing the teen angst and heartbreak and everything as she is. And I've been able to connect so deeply with her music bc of that.

I also thought of you the second I heard Taylor Swift dropped a new album. I've never been a fan because her music in the past hasn't been my cup of tea, but I thought I'd listen to it for you and then I ended up LOVING it and I might be a new convert now. My favorite songs on it are Exile and My Tears Ricochet but the whole album is amazing and it's one of only two albums I've ever listened to that I can say I loved every song on it and the other one was by a different artist that was released when I was still in high school and I'm 34 now.

I always remember when I got Taylor swifts fifteen album on my fifteenth birthday and could relate to every song so much. Her albums really are milestones. I was the same - I couldn't read till yesterday when I picked up again This Savage Song. Amazing, beautiful and magical album. My favorite I think, tied with 1989. I can't listen anything from Taylor but folklore and that's the tea, this is one of her best records ever. Can't wait for The Lakes☺️
