Grill means the thing you barbeque with but it is also slang for teeth, so "Is your barbeque cancelled," creates suspense and mystery and then the punchline "your grill is fucked," builds directly off of the setup in a logical sense, but also carries the double meaning of Jujubee reading Tyra's fucked up teeth
