loved this video!! i found the same thing when reading The Dare by Harley Laroux! with the mature content but immature writing style 🤨but i promise there are some dark romances out there where the heroes actually respect women 😭😭

Hi Ellen, I enjoyed this video so much, this concept of reading the same genre of books for a week is really cool! At the end, I took out one book of my TBR (God of Malice) and put another one (The Predator) 😁 Btw, I love your new and older tattoos, I have 2 but haven't gotten the courage to get more because I feel like I couldn't choose what to get 😅

ooo i really hope you like the predator!! (and i would defo steer clear of god of malice🤣) i’m so spontaneous when it comes to tattoos, i don’t really double think them (which could probably be a bad thing🤣) but i still love all of mine so it’s not come back to bite me yet!!

If you don't like her soul to take I definitely don't recommend reading any other monster romances cause the smut scenes in HSTT are mild at worse in retrospect. And its totally fine if you're not a monster romance girlie cause there are so many other dark romance mini-genres to like other than monster.

I've never read dark romance so it's likely I just don't know what I'm talking about but there seems to be a lot of times when I watch vids of people talking about dark romances that leaves me asking where the hell the romance is 🙃 also, love your tattoos, so cute and pretty!

Hey Ellen, I finished Brutal Prince this week and felt the same way about this book as you did with Her Soul to Take. It wasn't great but it wasn't the worst thing I have read. It was my first crime family romance book and it was okay. Not a lot of substance but entertaining in its own way. I gave it 3.5 stars. I think I will stick with contemporary romance and romantasy novels. Currently listening to Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez and enjoying it way more. Thanks for a great video, loved seeing your facial reactions!! 😂

thank you so much!!🤍 i asked for chunky 90s layers with curtain bangs. i usually style either using my dyson airwrap, or i just use straighteners and do a little curl inwards towards my face at the bottom of each piece of hair. i hope that makes sense!!!

(i also defo don’t think dyson airwraps are necessary for this hairstyle, they’re super expensive and honestly i’m not all that impressed with my one!! day to day i just use my straightener and that works well for me😊)

I usually read fantasy, classics, science fiction and thriller books but I decided to try some dark romemce(cause I find normal ones quite boring or cringy) and the first one I choose was God Of Malice and OMFG, definitely I hated it because of the NC and I didn't even finished it

The dark verse series (series which the predator is from) is one of my faves! I’d recommend the made series by Danielle Lori & the sinners anonymous series by Somme sketcher since you enjoyed the predator! They’re both mafia dark Romance series on KU! Book 2 in the made series the maddest obsession is one of my fave books! Sinners anonymous wasn’t my fave but the next two in that series are sooooo good! Loved this video!

god of malice is probably one of the most triggering and toxic books among the LOG series but trust me theres a few books in the series that are actually better than it lolol 🥲🥲🥲
