Jesper right here really stood up for Sweden vs China in a grand and humorous way :-). He tested them.

There was lots of tension between China and Sweden a couple of years ago. They had a crazy ambasador that threaten us atleast a couple of times every month. Then it was the chineese turist insident "This is a killing". But China fired the ambasador then came Covid and things calmed down. As he said in the video it was a test from China how far they could push Sweden. How much shit we would take before fighting back. Turned out we fought back very fast. Swedes view on China went from OK/good to terrible over 4-5 years.

I reckon the kidnapping of Gui Minhai and the incident with his daughter (as they, reportedly, tried to make her stop talking about it), didn't help the general Swedes view of China better.

@@IngoGarzaI'd say, that in general Messiah is the better Comedian, although he's a punchdown comedian in general, or as I call him a self obsessed bigoted asshole, but I can't help but love him either way. It's just his persona. But in general Jesper is way wittier than Messiah, but I mean Jesper is also a Scanian which might bias my judgement by a lot, and thus I'd say nothing beats Jesper Rönndahl. They are underrated but great.

I think Svenska Nyheter was modelled after Last Week Tonight with John Oliver but it goes even harder - and that is saying something.

I laughed so much I started crying I was depressed and feeling bad thanks you guys made my day much better now

You should look at the "Postnord" episode of Svenska Nyheter. It is one of my personal favorites. Its got english subtitles that you can turn on in the youtube video

Also, that pissy caracter used the Ukrainian flag to show Sweden, great research there

In china it's all about projections to impress the party. Sometimes it spilles over and now there is tension between them and a loooooot of countries.

And is his name the reason he was used to "answer" that Swedish comedians poop joke sketch? And lastly, I think Pissy's name choice and rap skills and China's ridiculous overreaction to satire, and how the Chinese government is treating their citizens are more humiliating to China than the misunderstood satire from a few people in a small country like Sweden will ever be. I mean the whole world is watching China mistreating their own citizens and it looks pathetic when someone is feeling they need to do that, it's a sign of weakness when you don't let people speak or be who they are. Anyone who feel a need to puff themselves up and act tuff just come off as pathetic especially if they are big.

Chinese government financed (yes.) rapper Pissy (yes.) helped in a mobbing campaign against Jesper. Jesper handled the situation very maturely as you can see.

Jesper is insanely funny, there is a show called Dips which is a comedy show about a group working as diplomats in Sweden where he is one of the main characters, really funny show but not sure if there is eng subtitles or not(its fairly new so not impossible)

Well it's China rather than Asia that cant take satire :P

Dictatorships leave no room for satire, or rather humor at all. Some post-stalin soviet leaders were perhaps an exception.

While I never lived in China I lived many years in Japan. And in my own opinion east Asian cultures have close to no understanding of sarcasm and irony, of course there are outliers. You could tell them everything and then would believe you without a moments hesitation, I fucked with so many people that way just to see how far I could take it. I made my then girlfriend who i had dated for a couple of months believe I was allergic to air but only during February month, just stupid random shit , my own semi sadistic way of entertaining myself at innocent Japanese peoples expense. But what they don't know wont hurt them
