Trynd killed the other 3-4 attackers by fighting Kindred. Rather than purgatory, he was like entranced by his own undying rage curse, and seeing his enemies as Kindred (the embodiment of death)

Kindred is seen in Yasuo clip also at the end, old man Yasuo sees wolf in the trees and then accepts death thats why u see Lambs arrow flying towards him as he closes eyes. And its called near death experience when people see crazy stuff.
