Привет Privet, yes, you said it correctly. His regular speaking voice is very different from his sing-talking voice. Agreed that the bass sound of this one is insane! Taras did, indeed, edit this audio/video himself. His skills in post-production are outstanding and have only gotten better since he released this song.
