This Ep was basically Soyeon's vacation, seeing that she works extra hard during their combacks.
The good thing is soyeon knew how to rap so even if these not by her she still nailed her rap parts
Soyeon's flow is totally missing from these. I'm thinking that all of the producers are such big names that they didn't want to share credits. Still... this whole album turned out way better than I was even hoping for, plus it's turning heads in the EDM spaces. "I want that" and "Eyes roll" are really really good songs. Miyeon really shined bright in this album.
I appreciate your honest opinion. These songs really didn't seem to have that "(G)I-dle" feel to it, as it was not self-written or self-produced. I did enjoy the change of pace at times, and parts of these songs are really addictive. I'm glad that the girls are exploring and pushing their boundaries. Overall, this was a fun EP with lots of "oh shit, they did that" moments. ; )

I mean , it’s good that it’s not produce by the group for once because you can see that everybody can see and love Miyeon voice unlike the group produce album that hide her talent

I really enjoy that albume, but soyeon on english doesnt deliver for me, so i feel you completly.. Maybe i am just spoiled by her, cause her korean raps. They are much more skillfull and waay more technical and doesnt need to relay that much on attiude.

Yes, she didn't have any credit but I think she gave some information to the production team ref to 88+ interview.

I love when they let their vocal colors shine, so Tall Trees and I do reign supreme. Doing a hip-hop song and not having Soyeon produce it... is not it.
