Even in Japanese he speaks shyly and that’s very adorable ❤ Close to you is my fav song and I feel it says about Kaze. He is like an angel and loved by everyone since he was born.

That's pretty spot on, Liz. You've just gone down yet another level in this happy little rabbithole we're all in. Besides his talent and sincerity, this duality is exactly why people find him so charming. But it's really not because of the language, not entirely anyway. It's more due to how he's feeling. He has a bashful way of speaking even in JP when he's feeling shy. He's not an orator but he has a genuine way of communicating that reaches just as deep, if not deeper. And even when he's not feeling particularly shy, he still talks in a slow and unhurried manner that's reminiscent of both a young child and an old person at the same time. All in all, the way he is kind of stirs up people's protective instincts a lot. He does get sassier when he's feeling confident and that actually comes through more when he's speaking in EN than in JP, believe it or not.
