Kyungsoo can hit high notes just like Baekhyun and Chen, but he instead focus on what he's best is. Runs and adlibs. Sure Baekhyun and Chen can do runs and adlibs but not as precise and clear as Kyungsoo's. Some are disregarding him as a main vocal since he's not hitting high notes more often but Kyungsoo's vocal are very unique in the sense that it is not usually heard in Kpop. Kyungsoo is known as the RnB prince of Kpop. He is owning the runs, adlibs and riffs if not all, most of Exo's song. His falsettos are sweet and clear and stable low note.

Agree. People need to know that just because you can hit the highest notes doesn't make you the best singer. Kyungsoo's voice is smooth and strong like chocolate. Chen's voice is sweet and thick like honey. And Baekhyun's voice is fresh and crisp like popping candy. Everyone has their own unique colour and this is why their harmonization is the best. Mix them all up and you get the best of all worlds.

Kyungsoo is that one member that'll you'll never noticed because he seldom talks at the same time you'll easily notice because of his vocals and adlibs. Amongst all the Exo member, Kyungsoo is the most quiet so the members always tease him to get some reaction from him. As you can see, he is a very successful actor, he broke the prejudice and stereotyping of idols turned actor/actress, that they are only casted because they are popular or for the ratings of the show even though they not good, many are afraid that he'll focus on acting since he was so good at it but Kyungsoo gave his word. That if his acting career will bring harm and discomfort to the Exo members or if he'll about to choose, without a doubt and no more thinking, hell choose Exo! That he is a singer and Exo first before an actor. Such a humble and caring man

Kyungsoo is the most real idol I ever knew. He is just himself, the humble, the sweetest person ever, doesn't try to paint a image of himself which he is not. Btw EXO is coming back. Yesterday was their 9th anniversary they gave us the best gift ever by spoiling about their upcoming album, the moment ExoL waited for like ages.

Because D.O. does a lot of the adlibs for exo's songs and doesn't get as much lyrics compared to Baekhyun and Chen or chances to do the impressive high notes, that are mostly given to Baekhyun and Chen in the title tracks, D.O is very often overlooked as a singer by kpop fans. Even though he's such an amazing singer, he's the idol of a lot of idols and his vocal tone is the favorite of many many people (nct Doyoung, Mark and Jaehyun are big fans of his). I hope in 2021 D.O. will finally get the recognition as a singer (by kpop fans) he deserves with his solo album. He's the only exo member who hasn't gone solo or in a sub-unit yet, even though he's the main vocalist. SM should really promote him better, he's so underappreciated as a singer.

You don't have to do all things all the time, you contribute what you are brilliant at and everyone else has gifts and talents and strengths that they bring to the table. And then together you make a whole that is even stronger and deeper. It's more about seeking to complete, rather than compete. Each member of EXO has made the group what it is, their support for each other is so deep and they have also grown by working so closely with those who are very different from them. Baekhyun once said that he likes to tease Kyungsoo so much because then Kyungsoo will laugh and joke around and fans can see him for who he is on the inside, which the members already know so well. Certain personalities will always get more immediate attention. With people like Kyungsoo, I feel that he is treasured and valued by everyone that knows him. And that's all he needs. He loves to do his work and, in the long run, it's the music, the acting, the work itself that truly lasts. When his solo album comes out it's gonna absolutely kill it

Kyungsoo's charm is in his personality. Artists can be all talented and famous. Kyungsoo have both but at the same time he is so humble, kind, and true to himself. He is not the type that wants attention for himself but just wants to sing, dance, and act. Very humble young man which is the reason why many love him.

I'm actually glad that D.O. dont have social media because it is one way to get away from toxic fans and anti. D.O is so true to himself his personality is his charm. If he dont like what we EXO L want him to do he tell us to stop and we just laugh because we already know his personality and we accept that. We actually find it charming and cute haha. I like him very much his so charming, random and lowkey savage. He often show poker face but when his in the mood he do unexpected silly gestures that we treasure a lot. Aaaaa bless him. I wish I could see him in person as well as the other members

I love reading all the comments that you all sharing your opinions and facts about kyungsoo.. It is so amazing how people appreciate him so much because he just being himself. Saranghaja exol

D.O. probably one of the most realest kpop idol I know off, you know he is not very like usual crackhead idols like we see, he shows just how he is, whatever he is feeling without putting on any mask maybe I feel like this because I feel resemblance between our personality. And even though he clearly does not get enough credit and recognition as Exo's main vocalist probably due to lack of vocal projects compared to Chen and Baekhyun but to me atleast his voice in Exo's discography is what salt is to food, it just adds so much flavor to the songs, I am so looking forward to his solo whenever it will drop.

He's so himself gawd i can't help but to fall in love the realiest idol i've ever seen.

I really admire Kyungsoo when he's talking seriously. I can feel it stabbing my heart and my bones. You can feel his sincerity. He's also a very humble talented idol. I can picture myself with his personality: don't like complications and just want a peaceful life 🤧

I keep forgetting that he’s part of the Maknae line until he does something super cute and I understand why all of Exo are whipped for him. Our Squishysoo! Also he does have Bubble which is super huge for him because he doesn’t like to talk about himself so there he can now contact his fans through messages.

Thank you so much for this reaction. I was really looking for it for a long long time, since he is my (only one) ultimate bias. I really like the things you said at the end, I think you really understood Kyungsoo personality form this guide, and I am so happy that one more person appreciate him. How you said these kind of people in kpop are really precious, and that's why I am so found of him. For him being the person that he is, with a more calm and introverted personality, it obviously was harder to succeed in the entertainment industry. But that's also a reason why I respect him more, because with just his passion and drive for music and acting he accomplished so much. He really is a great role model, always speaking so politely, being so respectful and chasing his dreams no matter what. I just love him immensely and always hope for people to rut for him and the things he does. Just this year he is acting in 3 movies, and preparing a solo album at the same time, and even asked the members to do a cb for the exols. So I really hope that his efforts are well received in the future by many people.

I have seen about a hundred K-dramas, and "It's Okay That's Love" is my favorite of all time. Do Kyungsoo's character will blow you away. It's no surprise he won so many awards for that role.

I've been a fan of the Korean industry in general (dramas and music) for a very long time (2010) and without an once of hesitation kyungsoo is one of the most humble and honest celebrity in Korea. That can be proved by the fact that he is a really loved celebrity whether by idols, actors, audience and even the staffs. A lot of very famous journalists MCs and even actors (ex : Bae doona = really famous veteran actress) said that they look forward of kyungsoo's future and that he'll get more and more famous with the time. He's the type of person that you want to protect and stay by his side the moment you get to know him.

Yeah, they released a spoiler yesterday for their 9th anniversary/birthday. It showed them on the set of their new MV, in the outfits for it, they played a clip of the song, while D.O. showed the "choreo" (in true D.O. style...so it was super precise and emotive 🤣). You should definitely check it out. Kyungsoo was being especially talkative, and Sehun was leading the group chant...and "Kyungsoo" was trending on Twitter. All because of his hair (yeah, it's beautiful) and his cute dancing. We are getting a comeback, just don't know when for sure. 2021 is already 1000% better than 2020.

Before I saw 100 Days My Prince (Kyungsoo's drama), my time was 90% devoted for my personal stuff, now I have 90% searching if D.O. has an update which everyone knows, we get those rarely. In frustration, you end up watching his old videos and watch his movies and dramas (repeated numerous times). He is like a sorcerer, he pulls you into his spell. Now I only spend 10% for my personal stuff. I wanted to slap my face and snap out of it, but who cares, it gives me happiness. I just admire his talent, focus and dedication to his craft and I have too much respect for him as a person of great qualities.
