What a love for his homeland, traditions! To sing a folk song nowadays with dombra and kobyz and ... with a band, to make it sound in a metal rock style!

The instrument in this song is dombra that Dimash also plays very well. Today he released another song from his digital concert "Qairan Elim". Another amazing song with a deep meaning.

It’s really incredible how Dimash has been experimenting with the traditional dombras paired with the modern. Much heavier feel than much of Dimash’s music - very upbeat and interesting. Makes you want to dance! :)

I agree about his mid range. It’s his sweet spot. I also love his falsetto! This song is one of my favorites. ❤

When you said that you wondered how Dimash would sound with a rock band, the first thing that popped into my head was Yes. It would be interesting to hear him sing Jon Anderson’s music. 🔥

Hello, I love when Dimash sings is his native language, with his typical instruments, like "Dombra". There is so much passion, strength and dedication. I hope like many, to one day have the opportunity and the luck to see him live.

I would describe the qobyz (kobyz) more like a cello, but I may be biased! :)

I think the stage set is a highly stylized "yurt" the round, movable housing that was/is common in that part of the world....... The interior is lined with oriental style carpets.
