In fact she and Finneas won “Vanguard award” in 2019 bc they already created a new sound ..and I already knew that .. she is so classic but at the same time so modern contemporary it’s insane her voice same .. so jazzy dreamy delicate like 20-60s of music but at the same times so catchy and pop perfect even for trap music.

Sounds to me like Billie could carve out a name for herself in the jazz community. Her voice and jazz are a perfect fit. 🎶🎷🎹🎸🎺

As you probably know, Bossa Nova is, originally, from Brazil... So, if you want a similar vibe in a next video, I strongly recomend for you to react to Elis Regina singing "Como nossos pais". She was a famous Brazilian singer from the 70's/80's. Not only the song is beutiful and full of references criticizing the military dictature in Brazil, but Elis' voice in this performance is amazing. Also, sorry if I wrote something wrong, english isn't my native lenguage lol

Could you please react to some of Finneas’ work? Billie is Awesome and we cannot wait to see her live in Sept 22. But did you know Finneas has 2 or 3 albums of his own out? I’d love to see you react to some of his work!!! One of my favourites of his is Die Alone, I’m pretty sure that he harmonises with himself and it’s just beautiful. His most popular is probably Let’s Fall in Love for the Night it has 280+ Million listens on Spotify

I would call this her "Come Hither" mode. It's a gentle masterpiece and will be covered by many.

A Brazilian movie, Black Orpheus, was released in 1959. It had a Bossa Nova soundtrack. It was released in the US, and curious people wanted to know more about the music.

I don't think she and Finneas have made a single song I don't love. They're crazy genius when it comes to songwriting and performance. The live performances are the best. Her concerts are off the chain. They strike God with everything they do. They're a breath of fresh air after all this senseless music that was being put out by mediocre artists. If I had to see one more twerking video I was gonna give up and retire into my oldies by goodies.
