One thing is constant though - The Warning keeps cranking out catchy riffs and melodies. This new song is just another reminder to me that this statement is absolutely on par! believe it or not, *S!ck* was written back in Oct 2022 when *More* was written... some of us also believe their other (3rd) known new song, *HYCAD* (Hell You Call A Dream), may have also been written at that same time... DPA/TW have mentioned having at least three new songs ready since around that time period and these three fit the pattern... i keep hearing Dany's guitar "fly" effect everywhere! buuzzz buuzzz... buuzzz buuzzz... 😹 who else noticed the splatted fly guts spelled "SICK"? 😜 who saw where the fly came from? 🤔 this absolutely takes me back to the early MTV days when they really played music videos and lived up to their name! 👍 i absolutely do want some official DPA/TW t-shirts and stuff with some still frames of the fly from the OMV! especially the splat... maybe have that on the back with a small frame of only the fly in the front maybe where a name tag might be placed... like a life size horsefly size, maybe... with those random thoughts out of the way, what is *S!ck* about? what is it saying? the current buzz seems to be that "violence" is a metaphor for "something exciting" and is used because it rhymes with "silence"... "silence" being a metaphor for "boredom" or "same old same old" type thing... "sick" is being used in today's positive form like how "cool", "slaps", and similar words have been ""twisted"" to mean something other than their normal meaning... the producer, Anton, was going around saying "that's sick!" about things he liked... the girls heard this so much, they said they could write a song with it... here we are singing along about wanting some excitement in our lives to remove the boredom and drudge of an every day existence 😜😹 basically, they are saying don't sit and rot away your life... take it by the horns and live it... kiss it, lick it, make it your own... even with any possible regrets... anything else is boring and death/rot... some are saying the fly represents the rot... others are saying the fly represents the haters... hummm 🤔 i kind of think their original song *Narcisista* speaks similarly... maybe... Another awesome song it's great live even tho fan cam audio is crap. It sounds awesome with the studio sound look forward to the live pro shot videos TW did for the 3 Mexico shows. The audience participation live is insane and DPA are masters of the hook and riff they nailed it in this one. Great reaction this one will stick with you a few days.

Great reaction guys! You were trying to describe the sound. Not easy because whatever style The Warning does tends to create their very own unique sound. I would classify this maybe as a '90s grunge mixed with some '80s punk with the stark snare drum parts. They also are showing some Muse influence in the past 2 songs. Whatever it is, it works well and is extremely catchy. A 3 minute rollercoaster ride! 😅

I think rock was doing fine… but they kept adding to it. Like… "man that sounds great. Try to do this… or that." … and they did! Until it stopped working! The warning has kept ALL THE GOOD PARTS OF HARD ROCK! They haven't changed it. They don't manipulate it to the degree that it changes or leaves out the essential pieces that build the hard rock blocks… if that makes any sense.
