Yeah, at this point pretty much everyone either knows or has been told who is behind the mask. She's also good friends with one of the panelists, so there's no way they wouldn't know. She wasn't like _mega_ popular, because there are a lot of artists in S. Korea and it's kind of easy for people to miss a CCM singer who would only take live bookings for charity and churches. Also, she had just spent a couple years away from the TV spotlight because of her ongoing health issues (she has poor lung health, if you can believe it). From this Masked Singer run, she's had a big resurgence in popularity, and she has a new outlook that is widening her performance venues.
