Iddali is made by row rice and urud dal . Soak five hours and grind fine paste and keep over nigt for.fermantion. next morning stemed for 15 minutes', into the iddaly stemer. Eating with.sambar and different types of chutney.

@@social_creature2045 you are living in India or abroad? Majority is vegetarian. You don't find as many non- veg hotels as compared to vegetarian hotels atleast in southern India. Yes. We eat non- veg but not on a daily basis. It is occasional unlike Pakistan., mind you.

Idly ke uper samber or nariel chatni daal kar khate hain ishi liye patli hoti hai or pudi ke sath diya to pudi ke tukdo se utha kar khane ke liya mota kiya jata taki niche girena.

Vegetarian Dishes are very very tasty, Healthy..No Non Veg @all

Brother, currency dont play a role here. India has cheap rates. Person earning 15000 a month in India can afford food. But a person earning 15000 a month in pakistan cant as the rates are high there. So, currency exchange doesn’t play a role.
