I think Pakistanis still think that Punjabis in india means only Sikh. There are Hindu Punjabis also. And an FYI, many in the industry are Hindu Punjabis. Many migrated from West Punjab during partition. Examples of Hindu Punjabis are the Kapoors, Akshay Kumar, The Roshans, Pran, Prem Chopra, Rajesh Khanna, Vinod Khanna, Raj Babbar just to name a few. Singh’scan also be found among Hindus not just Sikhs. This is another misconception Pakistanis have.

Yes bro infact there were more hindu panjabis in 1800's in West Punjab then Muslims but in 100 years demography got changed and just 30% hindus left in West Punjab and 60%+ became Muslims in 100 years because of conversion and high birth rate 😢 Before 1970's sikhs and hindus were one and every hindu punjabi family used to make their first child as khalsa to protect their dharma And infact all sikhs today were hindus only who became sikh to protect their religion and now sikhism has been made a different religion by people😢 Majority of sikhs today are made up of jatts, rajputs, aroras and khatris
