ChadthedragonLord: what was Phenomenal about this song? Take the intro and outro off the song and you have a second Glory to the world song nothing more nothing left. I wish they had stayed to the Intro theme and make it more Judgement Day sounding , and not a church prayer song . A Judgement Day is not a happy thing , only after if you pick up the pieces . This Band can do better than this.

Everything about this song (and video) was better than Glory to the World. Would I prefer more thrash? - Yes. But this is still a top 5 song by them for me. GttW I rank much lower.

@@ChadTheDragonLord I am not talking about the Video supporting the song, but here we are , if I go for the Video and how it starts, what come after the intro was nothing I expected , instead it had become another operatic power Metal song , was Asamis Vocals great , maybe , but not for this song, she don't need to go as high as she did ( I hate it anyway) the Guitars and the rest was Lovebites standard , this means I don't need extraordinary Guitar ,Bass and drum work . Asami want to write songs showcasing her Vocals ,nothing wrong here , but she should have stayed in the realm of the song , less high pitched Vocals served the song better, and the Orchestra in the Background is , lets say not the best choice , less influence from Mao in this song wold be the better choice , As Band members ,the other Ladies should have intervened not to go this Route, But this is my opinion, others and the band think otherwise as we can hear and see. But this song is a no burner for me , and would not make in my playlist if I ever had one.Piece to all.

This is power metal done right, it must be one of the best power metal tracks of all time. I love the way their transitions were zero fat, post-chorus segueing into solo and back to verse without any breaks. Let me interpret the story for you guys to evaluate once youse have regained your intelligence after a good night's sleep. :) It is of course all symbolic: If something evil overcomes you, don't enshrine it like in a picture frame, but get back on your feet, smash the frame and free yourself. We all have both a problem side and a side of light (Miyako's composite figure), and in the end there's always one more evil to slay, the fight never stops (outro goes back to the intro).

Goddesses of Power metal are back. this song is pure Epicenes. Fami fits perfect in the band. The bass line in the solo is just perfect. without the her part in the solo it would have gotten a way different undertone and feeling. They have all grown so much as well. Asami amazing vocals. Midori is buffed and awesome as ever. And Miyako not pregnant anymore and being as beautiful as ever. Haruna well what can you say about her. just awesome at drums as always and in this song she is even better then before. Great beautiful powerhouse. I am adicted to this song pretty much. Great introduction song to the new Lovebites and ofc Fami. Great Christmas Present. o since you guys live in the netherlands. Dont buy brand medication just go to the Kruidvat (every city in the nethrelands got one) and by the generic kruidvat brand. its cheaper and does exactly the same thing haha. just a tip. You need to react to their latest release, "Dissonance". Audio only, Absolutely intensely chaotic and pure Lovebites thrash.

This is the Windmill reaction I have been waiting for. ... and as always it was awesome. Fami is going to add so much to the sound. Haruna is such a powerful force. Midori and Miyako killed it and then some in this song. Finally, Asami was incredible. She's getting better and better. That scream at the end!!! This is Lovebites next level.

But I can tell you my top albums: Persefone, An Abstract Illusion, Shadow of Intent, Lorna Shore, Atomic Guava, Abstracted, Brymir, Devin Townsend, Arkaik, Stormbound... I didn't get to listen to Monuments, Michael Romeo, Star One, Oceans of Slumber, Fallujah and Amorphis that I was also looking forward to but it is what it is... But still wonderful choices and I cant wait to see your reaction to Lorna Shore's new album. BUT BEFORE I TELL YOU MY FAVORITE SONG OF THE YEAR I MUST LET YOU KNOW THAT THERE IS A DEATHCORE BOYBAND NOW CALLED THE BIG SIX. I dont know all of the vocalist names or bands but I know both William Ramos and Dickie Allen are in it. They have an EP and a single coming soon. Be on the lookout for it. I have one to many favorite albums so I'll just name my favorite song: Love You To Death by Type O Negative. This year, while the best I've had in a while, also very challenging. I've dealt with a lot and my seasonal depression worsened after it all. But no matter what happened, through all of that, my partner has been there. He just love me even when I was incredibly broken and so sad. And vice versa with him. Every time I hear it I just long to hug him whenever he's not here. I've truly been blessed and that song is the best one out of all the ones I've heard. Hearing it reminds me of the love I've been given and the love I give in return. It's so beautiful especially in the chorus. I never love a song as much as I love that, and I'll never love a person as much as I love my partner. It fits very well. 💚🖤

"Dystopia Symphony" All the songs are good, but I like "Dystopia Symphony" the most. This masterpiece is dedicated to Ludwig van Beethoven Unfortunately these songs (except "Glory to the World") have not yet been played live. Due to Covid-19 many concerts have been cancelled. Therefore, for now, you can only listen to audio. I hope you like it.😊

No disrespect to Miho as she is a fantastic bass player but Fami is at a whole different level on the bass. As for the song, holy crap!!! It melted my face. If this is any indication of what the rest of the new album will be like, we are going to get our asses kicked.

The reaction I was waiting for, and FINALLY someone else sees Stranger Things in it! I think this is a brilliant return, and it's already one of my top five Lovebites songs. Everyone in the band seems to have levelled up and are at a new peak, and it's going to be really exciting to see (hear) where they go next.

@@thewindmillfullovcorpses i have more if you want haha. his other band is named Funeral Elegy dont exist anymore just like hakuja. but lots of songs from Funeral Elegy are on the Hakuja record as well. just re-recorded and better production over all. But Funeral Elegy is also amazing though. Anyway think you will like it. Dropped On Inferna is the first song of the album from hakuja. my favorite as well.

A perfectly explained reaction. Next level, which is an amazing thing to say based on what they've given us up to this point. Fami. Spectacular introduction, better than anything I imagined. The intro and outro were mesmerizing, a sound I've never heard from Lovebites before. Fami was an integral part of the solo run. Her bass lines are insanely fast and technical. Asami's voice is the best I've ever heard her. Haruna was all over her kit, playing at breakneck speed. Her cymbal work 🤩. One of, if not my favorite drummer. Midori is "The Shredded Shredder". She was extremely fast and tight. During hiatus, Miyako said she was working on getting faster. She closed the gap quite a bit on Midori, based on speed. It's an awesome return, an awesome choice of bassist, and are better than ever.

It was in their hometown before they went out on tour with In Flames. They are indeed the future, I just wish we could get more songs from the upcoming album Especially since they are home at the moment.

Symphony X, Persefone, Scardust, Seven Spires, Dream Theater, Haken, Ne Obliviscaris... I can just list favourites and get in an opinions battle man, but I personally don't even believe in the concept of a "best band" anymore. Lovebites are legends. That's more than enough! /Andrei

@@thewindmillfullovcorpses This, precisely. Even in the comparatively small niche of "all-female Japanese metal/HR bands," there are some additional contenders for "best" or "most talented." Nemophila, obviously, with every bit the same level of talent at all positions....but plenty of other choices. I don't buy into the concept of "best band" any more, either.

New Music Video "Welcome to Valhalla" . Song "Welcome to Valhalla" from the album "Evolution" (April 2022)

I just wrote a long comment that didn't post. I'll summarize: This song is okay. Too much keyboards, melodies not interesting. The good: Haruna still crushes, Fami's playing and Asami's vocals. Since this band is overall awesome, I'll assume there's more on the album I will absolutely love. Merry Christmas!

I think they went for a straightforward Lovebites formula for the lead single, maybe playing it safe a bit, but I felt it's a very strong comeback! It didn't need more, and the melodies themselves aren't any different in style than Lovebites usually does. But to each their own! Merry Christmas! / George
